Refund policy
We have a 03-day return policy, which means you have 03 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your returned goods will undergo a quality control inspection to determine if they are in the same condition as when they were sent to you. You will also receive a refund of any applicable delivery charges you paid.

Damages and issues
In the event that you receive defective products, you have the option to return them to us. Upon receiving the defective product, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund. [Check Return Address Section]
you opt for a replacement product, we will ship it to you without any additional delivery charges. You will have a 03-days from the date of receiving the replacement product to decide if you want to return it for a refund.
If you prefer a refund, we will reimburse you the full price of the defective products. The refund will be processed to the original payment within 15 days of us receiving the returned product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sold items through unauthorized sale, gift cards or which was presented as gifts, transferred ownership of the products cant be returned. We can not accept then damaged products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
